One of my earliest interests that I still carry on to this day, Astronomy is way too exciting.
Astronomy has fascinated me for most of lifetime, I have always watch at least one YouTube video about anything related to outer space at least once a day for a huge chunk of my high school life. Sadly the two countries I have lived in do not have much presence in outer space, which somehow correlates to less resources and public interest in the field, sadly that means many people find it boring.
Years ago, I started analysing the ISS, this is around the same time I learnt Python, I downloaded heaps of ISS data from NASA's website, then wrangled through it one by one, to understand how the heck that thing stays that high up, and what does it do. Since then I have written heaps of essays, and "researches"(more like self-learning activity) about certain stars, galaxies, and astrophysics topics. I might make some of those documents public, once I am done fixing all the grammatical errors.
I believe this interest goes well with my other hobbies, technology can be used to learn more, and expand my understanding about certain deep space topics, which I have always been fascinated about.
